Art Exhibit For A Cause!

Our Informatics Art Exhibit For A Cause was a success! Yes, it is! Many high school student went in our exhibit. It was held last December 19 to 21 2007 at the Room A of Informatics Computer Institute Los BaƱos.

The planning for this event took three months. And within those months there are these problems like 'who are going to attend?', 'how much it will cost?', 'who are going to be the beneficiaries?', 'who are the participants?'. I think those problems were solved only a week before the event. The tarpaulins are up, but I am still contacting students who wants to participate. Days past, and none of the students gave me a reply, so I decided to tell ma'am Zehvan that we need to gather old student projects to display on the event. And for the printed arts, I told Daniel to bring lots of his work, so the two of us can occupy the space.

It was a three-day art exhibit, and it was from 10 in the morning and 5 in the afternoon. What we did in the first was the art exhibit opening.

The second day was still a exhibit but, while the others are busy on it, Joan, Daniel and I were busy preparing for my Photoshop Workshop. We held a short workshop for the high school students whom we thought artistic yet a little less fortunate of having knowledge in computer.

And the last day was the closing of the exhibit and the time to clean up the mess brought by the props we made. Hahaha!
